When Pigs Fly

The United States is on the brink of a second civil war and political chaos increases as a group of homegrown terrorists execute a string of random bombings in their attempt to overthrow the government.

A late night talk radio host in Nashvillle becomes the unwitting liasion between the FBI and the political zealots who threaten continued violence and demand the resignation of the president and his entire cabinet.


Originally titled Hot Summer Day, I began writing this book while living in Nashville, Tennessee. In the days after the horrific events of 9/11, I brushed off the old manuscript and reluctantly began a second draft.

Given the recent headlines and political tensions, it’s hard these days not to think that the very fabric of our nation’s political system is being stretched beyond repair.
